Is shipping free and are returns free?
We know that you’re going to love what you buy. In fact, we're so confident, that we cover all of the shipping costs! We offer free worldwide shipping and returns. If for some reason you want to return an item, please contact us for a free return shipping label (email us at email@example.com).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally including but not limited to anywhere in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, China, Europe, Australia and more! If you have any questions about your shipping destination, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your warranty ?Every watch that we sell comes with a manufacturer warranty! Our certified pre-owned watches are all backed by a manufacturer warranty as well, lasting approximately two years on average from the date of your purchase.
Do you offer payment plans?
We understand that buying a luxury watch is a big purchase. We offer select monthly payment plans but financing is only available in-person at a WATCHES DIRECT® showroom. Please contact us and we will gladly explain all the details to you!
Can I return a watch?
We provide 30-day full refunds. If you’re not happy with your watch, no problem! We can return your item for a full refund within 30 days, provided it is in the same condition as it was when you received it.
